Spotlight on Motcomb Street

Fantastic opportunity to see the greats in action including Andy Murray and Serena Williams in the doubles! Watch Wimbledon coverage in the Halkin Arcade on the big screen for free with deck chairs and refreshments. Pimm's and fresh British strawberries from Mosimanns, with Dalston's soft drinks and ice cream by Rococo! Daily from 11am to 8pm. See you there!

Tenant Fees

The ban on Tenant Fees is now standard practice and Henry & James are proud to have absorbed most of the costs. Our fees have stayed the same and we are now promoting a Free Management Service for up to six months. Contact our experienced Property Management team for more information.

Artist of the Month - David Noalia

David Noalia is an artist of vision, style and colour, renowned for his signature abstract equestrian paintings and his explorative subjects of portraiture and nature. For his first ever British solo show, Visit the exhibition at the Osborne Studio Gallery at 2 Motomb Street until 20th July. Read more here.
